Taiwan Headquarters. It’s been 35 years since the first Spring Come company was established in Taiwan in 1989. Currently, Spring Come owns several subsidiaries and factories that operate independently in Asia. Manufacturing – Shanghai, Taizhou (Zhejiang Province), Pinghu (Zhejiang Province), etc. Marketing branches – Taipei, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Taizhou, Singapore, etc. At present, Spring Come specializes in manufacturing and selling water pumps and fan clutches in the cooling systems for fossil fuel-powered vehicle engines. Our lines of products are fit for myriad vehicles, including cars, trucks, forklifts, and agricultural tractors made in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea, and China. In addition to making regular cooling system parts for traditional fuel engines, we have also invested in the development and production of electric control, electromagnet and electric auto parts. In recent years, the application of our product lines have largely covered commercial vehicles and large vehicles. We have also invested in our peers in the industry that have outstanding performance. One of them is "ODM Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. " located in Pinghu, Zhejiang Province. It specializes in the production of CV joints and drive axles for vehicles. In recent years, many incidents of massive scale have occurred around the world, affecting every country in different degrees. Spring Come Group, insisting on the " one is all and all is one" principle, continues to dig deep in the area of vehicle cooling systems. In the future, we will expand our product lines with a more open mind and practice. We will continue to put emphasis on anything that can bring comfort and safety to life.
Quality
We are the proud holder of the latest TS16949 quality certificate and have been accepted by a number of car and truck markers throughout the world as the official parts supplier. The casting and tooling of our aluminum car parts large or small are done on-site because we want the best quality control.
Technology
To further ensure product quality, we have added more equipment to our factory, for example:
- 11units of Haas MC which can reduce the defective rate of casting below 2%.
- The electric rolling furnace, we use to melt aluminum blocks makes sure that the purity of the melted aluminum reaches the optimum lever.
- Positive pressure testing equipment.
